The E-Commerce cum IT Manager is responsible for managing the company's online sales platforms and overseeing all IT-related functions to ensure smooth digital operations. This role combines e-commerce management, website administration, digital marketing, and IT infrastructure support to strengthen the company's online presence and ensure secure, efficient technology systems for jewellery retail operations.
- Manage daily operations of the company's online jewellery store and marketplace platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
 - Oversee product listing, images, pricing, descriptions, and stock synchronization with retail outlets.
 - Coordinate with the sales, design, and merchandising teams for product launches, festive collections, and promotions.
 - Ensure timely order processing, secure payment handling, and proper logistics coordination for online orders.
 - Maintain accuracy of gold karat, weight, purity, and certification details in all product listings.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic and online sales.
 - Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
 - Oversee content creation, photography, and visual branding aligned with the luxury jewellery image.
 - Monitor and analyze online performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, ROI).
- Manage all IT systems, hardware, and software within the retail and office environment.
 - Oversee POS systems, CRM, inventory management software, and their integration with e-commerce platforms.
 - Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
 - Ensure data security, backup systems, and protection against cyber threats.
 - Implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency (e.g., ERP integration, online booking, virtual try-on tools).
- Oversee website maintenance, updates, and improvements to ensure high uptime and smooth user experience.
 - Coordinate with developers and designers for website enhancements and bug fixes.
 - Ensure site speed, mobile compatibility, and security certificates (SSL, payment encryption).
 - Manage domain, hosting, and email systems.
- Prepare monthly reports on online sales performance, marketing results, and IT system status.
 - Analyze digital data to recommend improvements in sales and user experience.
 - Track IT expenditures and propose technology upgrades within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.
 - Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce and IT management, preferably in retail or jewellery industry.
 - Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO).
 - Hands-on experience with retail POS, ERP, and CRM systems.
 - Excellent understanding of website operations, cybersecurity, and data management.
 - Strong problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
 - Eye for detail, aesthetics, and luxury brand presentation.
- Experience in online jewellery sales or luxury retail.
 - Knowledge of gold hallmarking, certifications, and jewellery photography standards.
 - Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, networking, and system integrations.
 - Ability to coordinate between creative, sales, and IT teams.
