Coordinate with design and marketing teams for creative assets and campaign briefs.

Execute CRM campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, and SMS for online and offline customers.

Track and report on campaign performance, maintaining dashboards and insights.

Assist with basic performance marketing tasks, including campaign uploads and reporting.

Support ad-hoc e-commerce, system-related, and marketing tasks as required.
