Job Summary
You will support customers by responding to enquiries and managing e-commerce orders, ensuring accurate inventory records, timely order processing, and coordination with the warehouse for stock management.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via messages and social media platforms to provide accurate product information and support
- Assist customers with online purchases by picking and packing products efficiently to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain accurate inventory records by entering package and sales details to support stock management
- Process orders by verifying details, packing items, and arranging timely delivery to meet customer expectations
- Conduct stock checks and report low stock or discrepancies to coordinate replenishment with the warehouse
- Use social media and e-commerce platforms confidently to manage customer interactions and order fulfilment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Fluent in English to communicate clearly with customers and suppliers
- Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude to enhance customer experience
- Detail-oriented and organized to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers is an advantage

- Work hours: 9am - 6pm Mon-Fri
