Job Summary
As a Ecommerce Assistant, youwill play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online store likeCarousell, Shopee and Lazada. You will be responsible for managing variousecommerce-related tasks, assisting customers, and maintaining the overallfunctionality of our online platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the uploading and updating of product listings on the eCommerce platform.
- Ensureaccurate product information, including descriptions, images, prices, andinventory levels.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and exchanges.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers as needed.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor order status and proactively address any delays or issues.
- Generate reports on eCommerce performance, including sales, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement strategies to optimize the shops performance based on data-driven insights.
- Assist in the creation of product listings and content for email marketing, socialmedia, and paid advertising.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and updating product availability.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equival ent a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in eCommerce, retail, or customer service is advantageous.
- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Carousell, Lazada, etc.) and contentmanagement systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and utilize data.
