Job Summary:
This is a 1-year contract position, with an expected start date in June 2026.
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support day-to-day operations and campaign execution across digital platforms. This role supports all tasks within the EC team, ensuring smooth operations, accurate coordination, and effective campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Creator & Inventory Management
- Drive end-to-end product seeding initiatives, including coordination of packing, logistics, and delivery to content creators to support campaign objectives.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of seeded products, ensuring effective tracking and prevention of duplication.
- Oversee and manage creator livestream calendars on Shopee, aligning schedules with campaign timelines and business priorities.
- Oversee delivery tracking to ensure timely and successful receipt of products by creators.
- Develop livestream promotional decks and campaign briefs to support creator activations on Shopee.
- Monitor competitor live and video content, translating insights into actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
Platforms
- Review and validate campaign creatives to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines prior to launch.
- Manage homepage banner setup and updates across all relevant digital platforms.
- Develop and optimize advertising copy to support campaign objectives and performance.
- Execute and manage Shopify EDM (email marketing) campaigns.
- Support point-of-sale (POS) operations for Shopify (SULWHASOO), ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
General Support
- Compile and submit monthly digital sales performance reports.
- Manage end-to-end invoice processing, ensuring timely and accurate submission in compliance with internal requirements.
- Handle customer service inquiries via email, maintaining a high standard of responsiveness and customer experience.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome internship in e-commerce is preferred.
- Strong interest in beauty, and skincare
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Proactive and hands-on attitude able to work independently and follow through on task
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams, agencies, and KOLs
