Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Marketing Executive/Manager to drive digital growth and online sales performance. The role involves managing e-commerce platforms, executing data-driven marketing campaigns, and optimising customer acquisition and conversion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Management
- Manage and optimise e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, TikTok Shop) to maximise sales performance
- Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaign execution
- Monitor key metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV) and implement improvements
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute campaigns across Meta, Google, SEO/SEM, and email marketing
- Develop content and messaging aligned with brand positioning
- Track performance and optimise campaigns to achieve ROI targets
Analytics & Growth
- Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and improve customer journey
- Conduct A/B testing and performance optimisation across channels
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (agencies, designers, platforms)
- Manage marketing budgets and timelines
- Prepare reports and insights for management review
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or related field
- 2-5+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada or equivalent
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Results-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing end-to-end funnel (acquisition → conversion → retention)
- Basic design/content tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Prior experience in a growth-focused or performance marketing role
