We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Store Manager to oversee and maintain our storefronts on Amazon, Lazada, and Shopee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing product listings, managing customer orders, and developing effective marketing strategies to drive sales and improve our online reputation.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Amazon, Lazada, and Shopee storefronts effectively.
- Upload products, edit English descriptions and categorizations, and develop marketing plans for global publication.
- Optimize stores and product listings utilize marketing tools and sales techniques to enhance visibility and increase conversion rates.
- Process customer orders, track order progress, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Analyze sales data regularly adjust strategies and propose optimizations based on performance metrics.
- Maintain store policies and guidelines to uphold our positive ratings and reputation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, Lazada, and Shopee.
- Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and effective sales techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in product listing optimization and familiarity with marketing tools.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English proficiency in Chinese is an advantage for liaising with stakeholders and employees from headquarters.
