Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Sales & Operations Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. This role involves overseeing day-to-day e-commerce operations, optimizing product listings, managing campaigns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Sales Management

  • Manage and grow sales on platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.)
  • Monitor daily sales performance and optimize strategies to hit targets
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, vouchers, and discounts
  • Analyze pricing strategy to stay competitive while maintaining margins

2. Product Listing & Content

  • Create, upload, and optimize product listings (title, description, images, keywords)
  • Ensure accurate pricing, stock levels, and product information
  • Improve SEO visibility within e-commerce platforms

3. Operations & Order Fulfillment

  • Oversee order processing, packing, and delivery coordination
  • Work with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer issues efficiently

4. Campaign & Marketing Execution

  • Plan monthly campaigns (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, 12.12 sales)
  • Collaborate with marketing team on ads, bundles, and promotions
  • Monitor campaign performance and ROI

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track key metrics: sales, conversion rate, traffic, AOV, profit margin
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations
  • Use data to improve product performance and ad strategy

6. Customer Experience

  • Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly
  • Maintain high store ratings and customer satisfaction
  • Identify common issues and improve processes

Requirements

  • Experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of sales metrics
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy, margins, and commission structures
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (ads, SEO, campaigns)
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing ads (Shopee Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Graphic or content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Familiar with inventory management systems
