Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-platform Management
- Oversee full-channel operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify
- Develop and execute platform strategies to drive GMV, conversion rates, and customer retention
- Plan and manage campaigns, mega sales, and promotional calendars
2. Growth & Marketing
- Plan and optimize paid ads (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads)
- Analyze performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion rates) and continuously improve results
- Identify and scale winning products and growth opportunities
3. Inventory & Supply Chain
- Manage inventory planning and replenishment (local & overseas warehouses)
- Minimize stockouts and overstock risks
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners (3PL experience preferred)
4. Team & Execution
- Lead and manage e-commerce operations team (if applicable)
- Build SOPs and improve operational efficiency
- Work cross-functionally with branding, product, and supply chain teams.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on e-commerce experience
- Proven track record of delivering results (not just execution)
- Strong experience with Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop (SEA market preferred)
- Experience in paid ads and performance marketing
- Solid understanding of inventory and supply chain operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
