Within this context, the SEAA Fragrance & Beauty (FBP) division seeks a Senior eBusiness professional for a 12-monthmaternity cover. This role isperformance focused, with a key eye forelevatingbrand positioning &drivingcommercialachievement. You will champion CHANEL's eBusiness vision in the region while activelymonitoringand reporting on business performance,strategizingABTesting and merchandisingcampaigns,andplayinga pivotal part in enhancing theclientexperience.

You will help to lead core eBusiness projects includingthe launch of new onlinechannels, (eShops,eRetail&eTravelRetail),partnering with markets to provide insight and leadership based on your significant eBusiness experience.

Impact You can create in this role:

Digital Campaign &eMerchandising

  • Drive andenhancedigital campaign planning, ensuring global calendarsare adapted for local relevance, in line withregionalpriorities.
  • Based onyourexperience, enrich business performance withbest-in-classeMerchandisingpractices, including product recommendations, on-site search, menu/category optimization, and proposalsto grow the online business.
  • Take an experienced eye toonline client journeys from traffic toconversion, andconstantly enrich the customer experience based on insights and intuition.

Performance & Analytics

  • Independentlyutilizedata and analytics to generate actionable business insights and drive continuous optimization.
  • Define and align key KPIs across client, brand, sales, and profitability dimensions with all stakeholders.
  • Identifygaps in data, recommend solutions and tools, and drive adoption of improved reporting frameworks.

AB Testing & Personalization

  • Lead theregional AB testingprogrambased on market needs and ensure rigorous documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to embed testing and personalization into the client journey,leveragingcross-functionalexpertise(Tech, CRM, Marketing, Design).

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Leadprojects related to campaigns and new initiatives (e.g., gift finder, try-before-you-commit).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all requests are recognized, prioritized, and delivered foroptimalbusiness impact.
  • Proactively propose and drivenew ideasto enhancethe clientexperience and brand equity.

eBusiness Excellence

  • Bring anentrepreneurial mindset, considering evolving online behaviors and market trends.
  • Act as a key advocate for eBusiness, partnering with stakeholders to support the strategy of doubling .com revenue by 2028.

What you will bring:

  • At least8years experience in eBusiness, ideally with a luxury or premium fragrance/beauty brand.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing & media (highly desirable).
  • Strongexpertisein Google Analytics (preferred).
  • Deep understanding of the balance between brand positioning and client experience for premium clientele.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed, multicultural environment with diverse stakeholders.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and commercially focused.
  • Strategic thinker with an innovative approach to online business.
  • Comprehensive understanding of eCommerce & retail: e-merchandising, CRM, promotions, media, stock management, last mile delivery, invoicing, etc.
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Motivated, proactive, and results-driven able to work independently with sound judgment.
  • Flexible, positive, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
  • Empathetic communicator, skilled at building strong relationships across APAC markets.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills able to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
