Responsibilities
- Corporate Connect/ Preschool Connect
- Identify and engage with corporates and preschools for potential business tie-ups and referral partnerships.
- Build, update, and maintain a comprehensive database of all partnership accounts (new and existing).
- Arrange and conduct meetings or presentations with HR representatives of corporate organizations and heads of preschools/playgroups.
- Negotiate and finalize discount structures, ensuring proper documentation through MOUs.
- Monitor, track, and manage the renewal of MOUs; follow up proactively on expired or expiring agreements.
- Collaborate with corporate organisations for joint promotional activities and employee engagement events.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team to design and disseminate EDMs to all corporate and preschool partners.
- Liaise with organizations to facilitate Leadership Lecture Series, Internship, and Mentorship projects for students.
Education Fairs/Exhibitions
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for brand promotion through educational fairs and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with external event companies to plan and execute school participation in local and international fairs.
- Organize and represent the school in educational meets and networking events across key target markets.
- Collaborate with overseas agents and education partners to create new opportunities for international admissions and institutional collaborations.
Campus Events (Open House)
- Plan, organize, and execute monthly Open House events across campuses to engage prospective parents and students.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team on event promotions, mailer campaigns, and creative requirements.
- Liaise with the Academic Team for curriculum presentations and teacher participation during events.
- Oversee day-of-event logistics, ensuring smooth coordination and successful execution of all event activities.
Agents (Other markets)
- Identify and onboard new student recruitment agents across key international markets.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with agents to drive student enrolments.
- Coordinate and participate in overseas education fairs in collaboration with agents and partners.
- Train and guide agents on the school's admissions process, ensuring adherence to EduTrust and compliance requirements.
- Support agents with marketing materials, event participation, and regular performance updates.
Admissions Acquisition
- Generate leads through onsite and offsite activities, education fairs, and promotional events.
- Provide admissions counselling to acquired leads, ensuring high conversion rates and positive parent experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Admissions Team to align outreach activities with overall enrolment targets.
- Track and report on lead performance, conversion rates, and ROI from various business development initiatives.
