Vice President MRO
The Vice President MRO oversees full P&L, operational excellence, and strategic direction for the MRO Singapore Business Unit. This leader drives growth through continuous improvement, product development, market expansion, and M&A execution. A highimpact role for an experienced aviation leader ready to scale a missioncritical business.
Responsibilities
Lead all business functions including operations, sales, engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, HR, and customer service.
Deliver full P&L results, drive lean manufacturing excellence, and strengthen product development and planning processes.
Develop talent, enhance crossregional alignment, and ensure strategic execution to meet growth and costperformance goals.
Requirements
10+ years leadership experience with direct P&L ownership, including senior roles in aerospace and preferably 3rdparty MRO.
Strong financial acumen, proven strategic planning capability, and deep experience in lean, operations, and engineering leadership.
Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, project management, and the ability to lead teams under pressure.
