To oversee and manage all operation activities and ensure safety measures are in place, especially after office hour, night and weekend.
To help individual plant shift supervisor to manage the shift operations and monitor shift staff discipline to ensure all operation activities are carried out safely and smoothly.
coordinate key matters among all departments as well as contractors and authorities, such as job arrangement and staff allocation, attend authority visitors, etc.
To work as SIC/SMC after office hour to coordinate and manage all emergency events.
If it is required, to involve in shutdown jobs, etc.
To monitor and manage the CCR system.
To carry out routine check with the use of Duty superintendent Checklist every four hours.
To check department daily activities and to make sure that staff are following the SOP's.
To check firefighting equipment and make sure it's in good working condition.
To monitor all waste unloading and preparation if necessary and to make sure all required PPE are used, check if grounding is used and to make sure that no spillage of waste during the process.
To check all departments break time (tea & lunch/dinner) during night shift, weekend and Public holiday.
To adhere strictly on all EHS rules and regulations imposed by the plant.
Requirements:
At least Diploma in Engineering or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Chemistry or equivalent
At least 2 years experience in Process industry
Able to perform 12-hr rotating shift
Remuneration Package
Basic salary: $2,700 - $3,000
Entitled to overtime, if perform overtime work
Entitled to shift allowance, if perform shift
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate possess own transport
