Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager located in Singapore. The Duty Manager will oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities will include managing guest inquiries, handling bookings, coordinating with various departments, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols. Additionally, this role requires maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting staff in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Strong leadership and team management abilities to mentor, guide, and support hotel staff effectively
- Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills with a focus on ensuring guest satisfaction
- Operational knowledge of hospitality services, including reservations, front office management, and guest experience protocols
- Proficiency in communication and organizational skills to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless coordination across departments
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required in a hospitality environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
