Job Description

Dry Etch Process Development Opportunities | Senior Engineer to DMTS

We are partnering with a leading global semiconductor technology company to strengthen its Dry Etch Technology Development team in Singapore.

We are recruiting across multiple senior technical levels, including:

• Senior Engineer

• Staff Engineer

• Principal Engineer

• MTS (Member of Technical Staff)

• SMTS (Senior Member of Technical Staff)

• DMTS (Distinguished Member of Technical Staff)

This is a highly technical R&D-focused opportunity supporting the development of next-generation memory technologies. The team is seeking experienced Dry Etch engineers who enjoy solving complex process challenges and driving technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize advanced Dry Etch / Plasma Etch processes for future technology nodes

• Design and execute DOE plans to improve process capability and process windows

• Drive process characterization, defect reduction, yield improvement, and root cause analysis

• Evaluate new hardware, chambers, materials, and process technologies

• Collaborate with cross-functional Technology Development, Device, Equipment, and Product teams

• Lead technology development projects and support technology transfer into manufacturing

Ideal Background

Dry Etch / Plasma Etch process development experience

Technology Development, Module Development, or Semiconductor R&D background

Strong expertise in DOE, SPC, statistical analysis, and process optimization

Experience developing new process flows, hardware qualifications, and next-generation technologies

Ability to lead complex technical projects and influence cross-functional teams
