Drug Substance Execution Consultant ADCs & Biopharma Manufacturing

EFOR is seeking a Drug Substance Execution Consultant with hands-on experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing—ideally with Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC) expertise—to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and execute end-to-end drug substance manufacturing activities, from upstream to downstream processes.
• Manage process operations for biologics and ADCs, ensuring robust execution, quality, and safety.
• Support technology transfer and process scale-up for high-potency and complex molecules.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and validation teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure adherence to GMP and all regulatory guidelines.

Your Profile :

• Experience in drug substance execution for biologics, especially ADCs or high-potency molecules.
• Deep understanding of upstream/downstream processes, conjugation chemistry, and handling of cytotoxic compounds.
• Knowledge of GMP manufacturing standards and requirements.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
