Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle driver enquiries via hotline, walk-ins, and email
- Provide assistance and support to drivers on operational or general matters
- Liaise with drivers and follow up on issues when required
- Perform basic office administrative duties
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor or Management
Job Requirements
- Minimally O Levels/Diploma
- At least 2 years working experience in any service-related industries, especially in frontline or customer-fronting roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Display professionalism when interacting with drivers while always managing tasks
- Team player by supporting any fellow colleagues who require assistance, and taking instruction well from supervisors
