The Role

You will be the main point of contact for our members, delivering a warm, personal and premium experience from their very first call.

Alongside building strong relationships, you will plan and host experiences that members look forward to-from relaxed local gatherings to carefully curated driving holidays.

What You'll Do

Welcome & Connect With Members

• Personally call and welcome every new member, introducing the club and guiding them through onboarding.

• Understand each member's interests and preferences to provide a personalised experience.

• Maintain regular contact, respond to enquiries and keep members informed about upcoming activities.

• Encourage participation and build a welcoming, engaged community.

Plan & Host Exceptional Experiences

• Organise breakfast drives, social gatherings, lifestyle events and overseas road trips.

• Research and plan scenic driving routes, hotels, restaurants, activities and stopovers.

• Coordinate bookings, schedules, suppliers and trip logistics.

• Accompany members on trips and attend events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• Handle changes and resolve issues calmly, keeping the member experience at the centre of every decision.

Grow the Club

• Help shape the club's identity, activity calendar and membership experience from the ground up.

• Build relationships with hotels, restaurants, travel providers and lifestyle brands.

• Develop partnerships and exclusive privileges that add value to membership.

• Gather feedback and introduce fresh ideas to improve future experiences.

• Manage event budgets, member records and communications accurately.

• A polished, professional approach and a strong sense of hospitality.

• A genuine interest in performance cars, travel, road trips and lifestyle experiences.

• Excellent communication skills, with confidence making calls and building relationships.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• An independent, proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and follow through.

• Flexibility to travel overseas and attend weekend events.

• Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, guest relations, events, travel planning or community management would be an advantage.
