Job Descriptions:
Coordinate with the salesperson on customer's order before delivery
Proper loading/unloading of catering equipment into the delivery vehicle
Delivery and collection to island-wide catering places
Liaise with customers during on-site setup requirement
Organize set-up & clean-up after each delivery such as buffet reception, seminar events etc.
Design and create crafts, and themes for the events, and prepare proper table presentations in a timely manner.
Inventory control for catering equipment used upon collection of order
Maintaining cleanliness and providing basic service for the assigned vehicle
Understanding and complying with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
Perform any other duties assigned by Operation Manager
Job Requirements:
Excellent customer service and ability to interact well with clients
Ability to work independently and in a team
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Must possess at least a class 3 driving license with clean records and good driving skills
