Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated bus driver to ensure the safety of our employees. As a driver, you will be responsible for prioritizing the safety of everyone on board while maintaining punctual schedules and conducting daily inspections to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Additionally, you will uphold cleanliness standards and maintain a positive attitude and collaborative approach within the team.
Job scope
- Practice safe driving at all times, adhering to all traffic rules and regulations set by the Land Transport Authority (LTA).
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure and comfortable journey for all.
- Ensure employees are picked up at the designated pick-up points on time.
- Follow designated routes and arrive on time to the designated pick-up/drop-off points.
- Display a positive attitude and interact with colleagues in a professional and respectful manner.
- Communicate any scheduling changes, delays, or emergencies promptly to the designated supervisor or management team.
- Upkeep and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle daily.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
- Must possess valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A Singapore driving license.
- Good and clean driving record.
- 2 years driving experience in a similar role, familiar with Singapore roads and navigate with maps.
- Physically fit.
- Ability to read and converse in simple English.
- Good attitude, attentive, trustworthy, punctual and safety conscious (operational and on road).
- Able to perform overtime when required.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice will be an advantage.
