About the Role
SFS Pharma Logistics is seeking a responsible and disciplined Class 3 Driver to operate electric vans for the delivery and collection of temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical shipments across Singapore.
This role is critical in ensuring end-to-end cold chain integrity, supporting clinical trials, vaccines, biologics, and other high-value healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate auto Class 3 electric vans for daily delivery and collection assignments
- Ensure strict adherence to temperature control requirements (e.g. +2°C to +8°C, +15°C to +25°C, frozen conditions where applicable)
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including battery charge levels and vehicle condition
- Handle pharmaceutical shipments with care, accuracy, and compliance to SOPs
- Use temperature monitoring devices and ensure data loggers are properly managed
- Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining punctuality and reliability
- Maintain proper documentation and chain-of-custody records for all shipments
- Communicate effectively with operations/control tower for updates, delays, or incidents
- Uphold GDP (Good Distribution Practice) standards at all times
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of vehicle, especially for pharma transport
Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License
- Minimum 1-2 years of driving experience (logistics or courier experience preferred)
- Experience handling temperature-sensitive or pharmaceutical shipments is an advantage
- Basic understanding of cold chain logistics preferred (training will be provided)
- Familiarity with Singapore road routes and traffic regulations
- Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading of shipments
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferably Singaporean or PR
- Preferably residing in the East Area
- Work location is at 9 Changi South
