Job Description
- Manage and maintain warehouse operations and inventory accuracy to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Pick and pack implant sets according to orders received from the sales team.
- Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of implant and instrument sets to hospitals.
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments stock materials in the warehouse in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure all related documents are accurate and properly filed.
- Conduct regular checks on stock expiry dates and ensure proper rotation of materials.
- Participate in annual stock counts and reconciliation activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Admin Manager and assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess class 3 driving license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Clean Driving Record
- Able to perform overtime when necessary
- Able to work on rotating shifts/weekends/public holidays when necessary
