- Deliver packages directly to recipients, verifying identities or obtaining digital/paper signatures to ensure accurate delivery
- Provide polite and professional service to all recipients during deliveries
- Inspect goods such as boxes, food, or medical supplies before loading to ensure quality and prevent damage
- Load, secure, and unload goods carefully to prevent transit damage and maintain product integrity
- Lift, carry, and handle heavy or bulky packages safely to comply with physical job demands
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license to operate delivery vehicles legally
