Job Description
We are an Audio Visual (AV) rental and event production company supporting corporate events, exhibitions and productions across Singapore.
This is a physically active role combining driving, equipment handling and hands-on AV event setup work.
You will transport equipment, support on-site setups and work closely with the operations and technical team to ensure jobs are executed properly.
Work is fast-paced and may involve tight timelines, lifting and last-minute changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicle for equipment deployment and return
- Load, unload and transport AV equipment to event venues
- Assist with setup and teardown of AV equipment (TVs, speakers, lighting, LED walls, staging)
- Lay cables neatly and safely during setups
- Follow packing lists and operational instructions accurately
- Support basic equipment testing when required
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness
- Support warehouse organisation and equipment preparation
- Communicate clearly with the operations team
- Follow SOPs and safety practices
- Report any issues observed during jobs
Requirements
- Valid Class 3 driving licence
- Comfortable driving vans for equipment deployment
- Willing and able to perform physical work including lifting and setup tasks
- Able to work under time pressure and meet operational timelines
- Able to follow instructions accurately
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Experience in events, logistics or hands-on roles is an advantage
Working Environment
- 5.5-day work week
- Work includes evenings, weekends and varying schedules depending on events
- Fast-paced event operations environment
