Job Description
We are an Audio Visual (AV) rental and event production company supporting corporate events, exhibitions and conferences across Singapore.
We are looking for an AV Technician to support the setup, troubleshooting and on-site execution of AV systems and LED wall deployments.
This role is suited for candidates with relevant experience who are comfortable with hands-on technical work and are interested in developing their capabilities over time.
You will work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change, and will be required to adapt to different operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup and teardown of AV systems and LED wall deployments
- Support on-site execution of events and technical setups
- Troubleshoot basic AV, signal flow and display issues
- Ensure equipment is tested, packed and ready for deployment
- Maintain equipment organisation and warehouse standards
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with coordination during setup and teardown
- Identify and highlight areas for improvement in workflows and processes
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in AV, event production or related technical roles
- Able to perform setup and basic troubleshooting independently
- Basic understanding of AV systems and signal flow
- Experience in events, exhibitions or live setups preferred
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities over time
- Able to work evenings, weekends and in a fast-paced environment
- Good work attitude and ability to work well in a team
Working Environment
- 5.5-day work week
- Work includes evenings and weekends depending on event schedules
- Fast-paced event operations environment
- Role may require physical setup work and handling of equipment

Salary
$2,800 - $3,400 per month (commensurate with experience)
