About the Role
We are an Audio Visual (AV) rental and event production company supporting corporate events, exhibitions, and productions across Singapore.
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Driver / AV Crew to support the delivery, setup, and collection of audiovisual equipment.
This is a physically active, fast-paced role combining driving, equipment handling, and on-site event support. It is best suited for individuals who are responsible, punctual, and comfortable with hands-on operational work.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Delivery
- Transport AV equipment safely and punctually to event venues and client sites
- Load and unload equipment carefully to prevent damage
- Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival on-site
- Ensure all equipment is checked before departure and upon return
- Maintain cleanliness and basic care of company vehicles
AV Setup & On-Site Support
- Assist with setup, testing, and teardown of AV equipment
- Set up equipment such as TVs, projectors, speakers, microphones, and lighting
- Run cables neatly and safely during setups
- Support basic troubleshooting of audio, display, or connection issues
- Follow instructions from team leads and project managers
Warehouse & Operations
- Assist with equipment preparation before jobs
- Check returned items for completeness, damage, or faults
- Help clean, pack, test, and organise equipment after projects
- Report missing or faulty items promptly
Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
- Confident driving vans for equipment delivery
- Physically fit and able to carry and move equipment
- Able to work under time pressure and meet operational timelines
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and varying schedules when required
- Responsible, punctual, and dependable
- Comfortable with hands-on technical and operational work
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in delivery, logistics, or event-related roles
- Basic familiarity with AV equipment (e.g. projectors, speakers, microphones)
- Experience supporting on-site setups
Professionalism & Discipline
- Maintain punctuality for reporting, loading, and on-site timings
- Handle equipment carefully and follow safe lifting practices
- Drive responsibly and comply with traffic regulations
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and venue staff
Working Environment
- 5.5-day work week
- Fast-paced event operations environment
- Regular physical activity and lifting required
Additional Information
- Position based in Singapore
- Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
- Company vehicles are not take-home
