We are seeking a versatile and proactive PA cum Operations Assistant to support the Business Owner in this Power Engineering sector you will be involved in the daily heartbeat of the business, ensuring that both the MD schedule and the company's operations run without friction.
No prior experience in this sector No problem. We value attitude over history and will provide full training for the right candidate
Executive Coordination:
Manage the Director's calendar, prioritize emails, and handle professional correspondence. Coordinate international business trips, including flights, hotels, and visa requirements...etc
Office Management:
Oversee the daily operations of our office to ensure a positive environment. Issuing Quotations, Purchase Orders (POs), and Invoices tracking payment releases and managing basic bookkeeping/Accounts/GST/CPF filing. Support the team to achieve the overall tasks
Logistics Coordination:
Support the supply chain for electrical components, includes tracking shipments and coordinating with relevant parties as a team to finish the tasks
