Prepare and serve traditional beverages (coffee, tea, juices, smoothies) and toast according to standard recipes.
. Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
. Supervise stall assistants and oversee daily stall operations.
. Manage stock levels, place replenishment orders, and control wastage.
. Oversee POS cashier operations and ensure smooth transactions.
. Maintain hygiene standards, including proper cleaning and sanitisation of utensils and equipment.
. Ensure compliance with SFA food hygiene and safety guidelines (Food Hygiene Certificate required).
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
. Prior experience in F&B stall operations or beverage preparation is an advantage.
