Responsibilities

• Prepare outline and detailed drawings to the required scale according to relevant authorities or customer specifications.
• Create preliminary drawings based on sales quotations.
• Draft single line, termination, and arrangement drawings in line with the project scope.
• Compile necessary documentation for vendor submissions to customers and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor the progress of engineering activities to ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Maintain orderly records of work schedules and ensure proper filing systems for documentation, including repair receipts and inspection reports.
• Assist in the planning, tracking, and reporting of work progress.
• Identify and report potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Comply with all safety regulations and report any incidents or near-miss occurrences.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC qualification, with proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Prior experience with a range of company products is preferred.
• Knowledge in electrical or electronic systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF management.
