Company Overview:
We are an established company specializing in residential air-conditioning installation and maintenance, with a workforce of over 70 employees. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to support our engineering and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Collaborate closely with engineers and project teams to understand design requirements and resolve technical issues
- Produce accurate and detailed drawings for air-conditioning and ventilation systems
- Review and interpret M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) drawings and specifications
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of drawings and related project documents
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant drafting experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Familiar with air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems and related equipment
- Able to read and understand M&E construction drawings
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
