Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop construction drawing to shop drawings with sections and elevations
- Prepare Combined Services Drawing and Reflected ceiling plans
- Review and analyse clashing and penetrations of MEP services
- Ensure compliance of quality standards in CAD/BIM drawings
- Prepare as-built drawings including OMM preparation and submission
- Modify and revise the drawings accordingly.
- Documentation and update all drawings
- Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team
- Participate in project meetings as required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mechanical or Electrical, Architecture, CAD/BIM or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Meticulous and sensitive with numbers.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Autocad
