Statement Of Purpose(Overall Purpose of Job)
To be the company representative and liaise with the clients, consultants, relevant authorities and residents as well as to manage and coordinate the project effectively.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
(A) Specific :
- Liaise, coordinate and work with design consultant, architect and project team.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings for construction.
- Prepare and plot architectural and interior design drawings.
- Prepare specifications based on technical knowledge, given information and / or sketch drawings.
- Produce fully coordinated and accurate sets of drawings.
- Prepare sample board for submission to consultant for approval.
(B) General :
- Maintain proper documents and filing of drawing according to requirement of ISO standard.
- Other duties as assigned.
(C) Safety :
- To follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.
(B) Knowledge & Skills :
- Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design.
- Expertise in AutoCAD and excellent in 3D Studio Max, Autodesk Revit Architecture, Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- Knowledge in Microsoft office software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently as well as efficiently and responsibly.
- Team player.
- Excellent time management, coordination and communication skills.
(C) Experience :
- Possess 2 to 3 years experience in same field.
- Experience working with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
