We are renovation company looking for a experience with detail-oriented Interior Carpentry Draughtsman to join our team. If you have a passion for precision, a strong eye for drafter works, and experience in renovation related work and projects, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings of carpentry plans, elevations, and construction details
- Produce accurate working drawings and documentation for interior fit-out projects
- Collaborate closely with project managers to execute design intent
- Draft cabinet, joinery, and coordination with fabricators
- Revise drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and design changes
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards and project specifications
- Willing to learn independently
Requirements/ Software Skills
- Proficient in Chinese version SketchUp is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a draughting or design documentation role
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishes
- Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work independently and meet tight project deadlines
- Good communication skills and a collaborative team attitude
