Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements.
Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards.
Coordinate with other discipline and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes.
Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors.
Supersede and updated the current revision status.
Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion.
Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings.
Detailing and documentation of working drawing.
Any other duties assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a senior role.
Obtain BIM Certificates from BCA or recognised training institute.
Proficiency in REVIT is a MUST.
Experience in BIM software and modelling techniques including but not limited to AutoDesk Revit (Architectural/Civil & Structural), Navisworks, AutoCAD, BENTLEY BIM, Civil 3D Design would be an advantage.
Good knowledge of Architectural/Civil & Structural Engineering design & construction.
