Develop and collaborate in Building Information Modelling (BIM) using Bentley Microstation software and AutoCAD engineering drawings for submission, adhering to established specifications and standards.
Prepare drawing list, submission schedule and submission tracker.
Produce accurate CAD 3D Microstation drafting according to project requirement.
To prepare and update equipment, construction, coordinate and as-built drawings for submission based on information from Project Engineers/Mechanical ACMV Engineers
To generate shop drawing for fabrication as instructed.
To plan all drawings to meet the stipulated deadline.
Assist in design coordination with engineers.
Preferred to be able to station in construction site.
Able to work without supervision.
Able to take initiative to solve problem.
ACMV or MEP background Preferable.
Work with project teams on drawings and documents for issue and filing.
Coordinate with Archi, Structure, Finishing and other M&E services.
Assist in engineering related documentation/administration and any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Maintain the approval of drawings are within the specified time frame.
Draw and submit red-line drawings and as-built drawings until approved by client.
Other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
