Drafter (M&E)

Job Description :

• Creating & managing Revit project file for the ACMV systems using company's standard as specified in the BIM execution plan
• Update and coordinate Revit model (e.g. pipe routings, duct routings, equipment families) throughout the project development
• Perform interference/clash checking within own model and/or against other disciplines.
• Generate shop drawings from the BIM model
• Manage the project file maintaining minimal file size and unnecessary objects inside file for file credibility
• Perform other drafting and modelling task relating to design and installation matters
• Continuously improve knowledge of Revit software as well as other software used in BIM (Building Information Modelling)

Job Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of BIM Modeler experience for M&E field in the local construction industry
• Proficient in MS Office / MEP Revit / AutoCAD / Naviswork
• Able to work independently and good team player
• Able to start work immediately or within short period of notice
• Working days: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
