Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update ACMV shop drawings, detail drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Maintain and revise drawings based on project requirements and instructions from the reporting superior.
- Produce accurate, high-quality drawings independently and conduct self-checks prior to submission.
- Coordinate with designers and site engineers on drawing details, sketches, and technical clarifications requested by clients.
- Maintain proper drawing records, documentation, and reports.
- Prepare BIM MEP models and liaise with the BIM Coordinator to meet client and project requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in ACMV or MEP drafting.
- Strong knowledge of building services, particularly ducting and piping systems for industrial and commercial developments.
- Proficiency in Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Ability to work independently and manage tight drawing and project schedules.
- Good coordination and communication skills with internal teams and project stakeholders.
