Develop and produce 2D/3D design drawings models using AutoCAD / BIM / Revit software.
Check and verify design drawings to conform with specifications and design data.
Collaborate with project teams, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address design-related queries and provide clarifications. Participate in design review meetings and contribute insights to improve the overall design process.
Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of all drawings, revisions, and related project files. Ensure that all drawings comply with company standards and industry regulations.
Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Address feedback and revisions promptly to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field
Familiar with 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore in building construction industry with at least 3 years experience in 3D modelling using REVIT
