Drafter / BIM Modeller

Responsibilities

. Prepare and update 2D and 3D drawings using BIM and AutoCAD

. Coordinate with project teams to ensure accuracy and consistency

. Identify and resolve design clashes

. Maintain proper documentation and ensure drawings comply with standards

. Support project submissions and revisions

Requirements

. Minimum 2 years of relevant drafting or BIM modelling experience

. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM-related software

. Experience in any one discipline: Civil & Structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), or Architectural

. Basic understanding of construction drawings and workflows

. Familiarity with BIM standards and workflows (e.g. LOD, BIM Execution Plan)

. Experience with coordination tools such as Navisworks is an advantage
