We're Growing! Join Us as a Drafter / 3D Visualiser for Commercial Offices
Our passionate design team is expanding, and we're looking for talented Drafters / Designers with strong Autocad and 3D rendering skills (Enscape & Sketchup V-Ray preferred).
What you'll be doing
- Producing detailed CAD drawings for M&E works, custom carpentry and submission construction drawings for commercial interior fit-outs
- Collaborate with the design team to interpret and translate architectural concepts into detailed 2D and 3D representations
- Produce 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas to corporate clients in Singapore
- Developing visual concepts and design proposals
- Assisting our Design Team Leaders for their client presentations
What we're looking for
- Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, M&E Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural drafting and 3D visualisation
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape rendering software
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail to ensure drawings and models are accurate and compliant
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the design team and clients
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
