All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

• Prepare and draft technical drawings for projects, proposal submissions, and other related assignments.
• Work closely with relevant department(s) on designing and/or modifying drawings for project-related submissions.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant code requirements and industry standards.
• Standardize and maintain proper housekeeping of all drawings and documents for the company.
• Assist project teams in providing accurate and timely updates on drawing changes.
• Review and update existing drawings when design changes or improvements are required.
• Support engineers, architects, and project managers in coordinating design requirements.
• Manage drawing databases and ensure proper version control.
• Perform site measurements or attend site visits when required to ensure accuracy of drawings.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant drafting tools).
• Good knowledge of technical drawing standards and building codes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Relevant qualification in drafting, design, engineering, or related field preferred.
