- Assist in the daily management of labour and resources to upkeep and maintenance of dormitory
- Assist and coordinate in the repair and fixing of broken or worn-down items in the dormitory
- Provide customer service and support to tenants
- Maintain harmony within dormitory and ensure rules and regulations have adhered to the legislation
- Assist and support any other ad-hoc duties
