We are seeking an organised andresponsible Administrative Support Assistant to provide support in our document management and processing, data and systems support, and other administrativesupport.
Responsibilities:
Document Management & Administrative Support
. Filing,scanning, naming and saving day to day hard copy documents into the physical correspondence files/ shared drive folders.
. Receive, sort, batch and prepare hard copy incoming documents (such as bank statements, bank advice & other trust related mails and documents) for scanning into our digital document management system, ensuring clarity and proper naming conventions.
. Download, sort and save soft copy documents from online portals into our digital document management system.
. Performing general office tasks, including photocopying,binding, and arranging couriers
Data &Systems Support
. Assist in the migration of data within our document management system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
. Minimum of 2+ years of experiencein an administrative, clerical, or document processing role.
. Experience in a legal, financial,or professional services environment will be added advantage, but notcompulsory.
. Experience with scanning hardwareand software, and a strong understanding of digital file management.
. Strong skills in Microsoft Officeespecially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
. A meticulous approach to data entryand migration, with a focus on accuracy.
. Ability to handle sensitive andconfidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
. Able to work independently with minimal supervisionand take ownership of their responsibilities.
