- Oversee the creation, control, and upkeep of project documentation in accordance with internal standards and procedures.
- Coordinate with Construction teams daily to gather, verify, and update documents within the central register.
- Maintain proper storage, tracking, and archiving of original documents ensure secure handling and compliance with retention policies.
- Support audits, file migrations, and disposal activities in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Prepare and consolidate documentation packages required for client handover and project close-out.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of document control or project administrative experience with LTA projects.
- Strong proficiency in maintaining documentation systems and databases.
