Job Summary
You will manage project documentation by maintaining registers, controlling filing and tracking, coordinating submissions and archiving, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and handover of documents.
Responsibilities
- Manage all project-related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain and update document registers and ledgers (e.g., drawings, letters, RFIs, MSRA, ITP) to track document status and revisions
- Control, file, and track all documents to ensure proper organization and accessibility
- Coordinate document submission, distribution, and archival processes to meet project deadlines
- Perform data entry, document storage, labeling, and logistics coordination to support document management
- Liaise with stakeholders including Owner/Engineer (O/E) and SEPCOIII to resolve documentation issues and facilitate communication
- Provide administrative support to the team to ensure smooth project operations
- Complete other ad hoc duties as assigned to support project needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in document control or project documentation
- Experience working on Singapore-based projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Ability to commence work on short notice
