Our Client is a A1 Main Contractor handling Civil and Infrastructure projects. With increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, they are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join their local team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and control all project documents and drawings, ensuring proper version control and distribution
- Maintain document registers including transmittals, RFIs, master drawing list, and submission logs
- Ensure timely submission and tracking of documents to clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Maintain both electronic (EDMS) and hardcopy documentation for site and project teams
- Ensure all documents are updated to the latest revisions before issuance
- Coordinate closely with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors on document flow
- Ensure proper recording and filing of all incoming and outgoing documents
- Support project teams in compliance with document control procedures and standards
- Assist in maintaining calibration records and project documentation databases where required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum ITE / Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Document Controller in construction projects (Building preferred)
- Familiar with document control systems (e.g. Aconex)
- Strong understanding of construction documentation processes and workflows
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and PDF tools (e.g. Adobe)
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage high-volume documentation
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders

- Location: Central / South
- Working hours: 5 Days
- Salary: up to S$5,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
