Prepare and generate document binders, including scanning, filing and uploading of completed documents into Product Line Management Software (AGILE) and Company's FTP Server.
Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents for Quality Engineers on behalf of Customers.
Ensure all documentations are uploaded into AGILE and ensure traceability of such controlled document.
Verify the completeness of documents. Either for FAIR submission or internally for return binders
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information.
Support Document Controller / Quality Engineers on quality-related activities
Undertake any ad-hoc projects / duties as assigned by Quality Engineers and Quality Manager
Requirements
Professional Certificate / NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration
At least 2 years working experience related to Document Controller, Change Analyst positions.
Ability to follow procedures and processes.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System Requirements.
Proficient with computer-based productivity tools (i.e. Microsoft Office)
Proactive, energetic and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to details and able to work individually or as a team
Versatile and have a keen interest in learning and solving problems.
