Job Description

Manage engineering and project documentation, ensuring records are accurately maintained and readily accessible within the document management system.
Coordinate with project and engineering teams to track document submissions, revisions, approvals and outstanding actions.
Support the control of engineering changes, product specifications, BOM updates and obsolete parts throughout their lifecycle.
Maintain documentation within ERP and PLM systems, including BOM registration and engineering change updates, while preparing relevant reports using Excel.
Ensure proper document distribution, confidentiality and compliance with internal document control procedures, and provide guidance to users on documentation requirements.

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in document control, engineering administration or a manufacturing environment.
Able to interpret basic mechanical/electrical drawings, flow charts and BOMs.
Familiar with Excel macros/VBA and comfortable working with ERP/PLM systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
