Job Description

  • Handle communications with patients, including phone calls, teleconsultations, and follow-up coordination.
  • Process online invoice payments for vendors, suppliers, and patient billing.
  • Assist the doctor in patient triage and treatment coordination.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the Plato management system (scheduling, follow-ups, payments, etc.).
  • Liaise with referring physicians and consulting specialists for seamless patient care.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Nursing or any discipline
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters
  • Min 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
