Job Description

Responsible for delivering quality medical care across various healthcare settings, including in-person and remote consultations. The role involves assessing and managing patients, providing appropriate treatment and follow-up care, while maintaining high standards of professionalism, patient safety, and clinical practice.

What You'll Do

Conduct medical consultations, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for patients.
Provide medical care across clinic, home-based, and telemedicine settings.
Prescribe medications and provide appropriate medical advice and follow-up care.
Identify cases requiring further investigation, specialist referral, or emergency attention.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
Communicate medical conditions and treatment plans clearly to patients and caregivers.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.
Comply with relevant medical, regulatory, and professional standards.

What We're Looking For

Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and a valid Practising Certificate.
Degree in Medicine recognised for practice in Singapore.
Experience in telemedicine, home visits or mobile healthcare will be an advantage.
